Non-emergent phone calls will be answered by the nurse or doctor either between patients or after hours. After hours phone calls will be answered by an answering service who will relay the message to Dr. Williams. She will answer as soon as possible.
If your child has a true emergency, please call 911. True emergencies include unconsciousness or unresponsiveness, ingestion of poisonous or unknown substances, lack of respirations or difficulty with breathing, lack of pulse or a very weak pulse, profuse bleeding that cannot be stopped.
Collection of co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We are under obligation to your insurance company to collect these fees. Any services not covered by your insurance plan will be billed and payment is expected. Any dispute you may have with your insurance company is between you and the insurance company. We will supply any documentation you require to settle the dispute. Credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash will be accepted.
We will work very hard to provide same day or next day appointments for sick and well visits. it is advisable to call for an appointment so that time may be set aside for your child/teen. We will try to accommodate walk-ins but this will be based on the nature of the visit and availability of the physician.

We have reserved time to your child/teen, please make time for us and remember to place us in your schedule. Emergencies happen and appointments can be forgotten. However, making this a habit will result in a fee that is expected to be paid by you, not your insurance company.
